Questions we hear often.
How quickly do we hear back?
A curated shortlist reaches you within two hours, on business days often much sooner. If the ask is unusual, we say so on the first call.
Do you share artist fees upfront?
We never publish fees. Once we understand your event, we send a written quote with taxes, travel and rider included — no surprises later.
Which cities do you work in?
Every state in India, plus GCC, UK, US and Australia for the wedding season. We handle visas, work permits and the paperwork.
Can you help beyond the artist?
Yes. Stage, sound, artist travel and green room are things we coordinate every week. Say the word and we quote the full package.
What if an artist cancels?
It happens. We keep a live backup for every confirmed booking in the same fee band, and we absorb the coordination — you don't restart the search.
Are you the artist's manager?
For a few, yes. For most, we're a preferred booking partner. Either way you get one point of contact and one contract.
How do payments work?
Standard is a signed contract with a 50% advance to lock the date, balance a week before. Enterprise accounts can do net-15 with a PO.
Do you work with first-time planners?
Often. Most college fest committees and first-time wedding families are new to this — we brief you on what to ask for.
Can we meet the artist before booking?
A short call with the artist's team is usually possible once the contract is signed. Meet-and-greets are event-day and part of the package.
Is there a minimum event budget?
No hard floor — but the roster starts to open up meaningfully around ₹2 lakh. Below that we'll suggest what fits honestly.
